The first speaker was lucid but I got the feeling from some speakers like the second that they don't know much about Latin America, but rather think it's the same as Africa (food and fuel prices rising being bad) or Asia and areas of the world where people care about Russian historic rights in Ukraine. I do not think its accurate at all to classify everyone pro Putin/Russia as "far right", Putin is a "former" Communist himself (is there a such thing as a former Communist?) and he is allied mostly to Communist and Far Left countries like China, North Korea and Venezuela. A perfect example is Fico in Slovakia, the media in the West keep calling him "far right", which means they have done zero research, he is a Socialist and a "former" Communist, breaking from the main Communist Party in 1999, the only thing "right wing" about Fico is he is anti mass immigration but everyone left or right in Eastern Europe is anti mass migration, even Tusk in Poland. In Bulgaria there is this weird Russian worship cult because they supposedly freed them from the Ottoman Turks, its similar to the Russia worship cult in Serbia, but not as universal thankfully as it is Serbia, its more like in Slovakia where its just a vocal minority.
